In Bangladesh job market, link between job seeker and employer is very scattered. Employers rarely get the candidate they are looking for, and job seekers rarely get his/her subject/interest related job. Keeping this issue in mind, we, some HR practitioners have taken an initiative to extend services to both employers and job seekers.
